Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return and reach us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and unaltered.
Singapore Returns
To start a return,
- Fill in the details of the return items in the return form in your order package. If you do not have the return form, you may download one here.
- Pack the return items and the return form in a secured packaging.
- Mail the returns using Singapore Post trackable postage to the address below –

International Returns
For international returns, please email us at customercare@lilianddo.com for the return address.
Please note that we do not refund the postal fees of your original order (if any) and returned items. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
Refund
A Shop Credit refund in the form of a Gift Card will be sent to your email once we have verified your return. Your shop credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be utilized fully or partially.
Please note that we do not refund the postal fees of your original order (if any) and returned items. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
Exchanges
Write to us at customercare@lilianddo.com if you require an exchange in size or color. We are able to do an exchange for the same item in a different size or color. If the size or color is unavailable, you may return the item to us and make a separate purchase with the issued shop credits.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and unaltered. Your exchange item has to reach us within 3 working days for Singapore orders and 14 working days for International Orders.

Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
